Hear from Andy Rittler, Executive Director of the Greater Dallas Restaurant Association, about how the 85th Texas legislative session affected the restaurant industry.  We will discuss the 'BBQ bill', laws that affect food and liquor licenses and a new trend towards lawsuits against restaurants.
