DESCRIPTION:Living with Type One diabetes can be difficult\, being a child with Type One diabetes is extremely isolating. Camp Sweeney is a camp designed specifically for Type One diabetics aged 5 to 19 and their siblings. For 19 days campers learn about how to live full and active lives as Type One diabetics without fear of being different\, from standing out in a crowd. Compadres for Camp is a group of 4 families with diabetic children under the age of 11.\n\n\n\nThis is a family-friendly fundraiser benefiting Compadres for Camp. Entry fees will go toward 2019 Camp Sweeney Tuition ($3600/child) for the 4 families participating. Each team fee is $100 and includes your entrance into the tournament as well as 2 Beer tickets. Additional beers or food will be available day of for an additional fee. No outside food\, drinks\, or alcohol please!\n\n\n\nThis is a Teams Double Elimination Tournament. It will be conducted during the Texas Cornhole League season and is eligble for Lone Star Series points.\n\n\n\nTEAM CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 10AM\n\n\n\nThere will be a 50/50 long toss. $10 for 3 bags from 37'. All those that make a bag in the hole qualify to go into a playoff and the last one to make it in the hole gets 50% of the pot. The other 50% goes to Campadres for Camp.\n\n\n\nBrewery Tours $20\n\n\n\nPlease be sure to bring your own chairs and canopy as seating is limited and shade rotates throughout the day.
