As CEO of Effective Living LLC\, he speaks at over 150 events annually and has traveled to more than a dozen countries as an international speaker. Ricardo is the author of seven books and has served in a variety of leadership roles\, including as a pastor at Pathway of Life Church in Dallas and as a city councilman for Red Oak\, Texas. He is a devoted husband to Karen and father to RJ and Grace. Passionate about inspiring and equipping leaders\, Ricardo's mission is to help individuals live effectively and make a positive impact in their communities.
