With new technologies come new ways to cook healthier.  Air fryers, a relatively new appliance on the market, offer a means to prepare crispy, hot food without the added fat of traditional frying.  This hands-on class will give you the opportunity to practice with different air fryer models and prepare your own healthy recipes.
