This presentation will provide an overview of the types of business entities and their differences and what should be considered when forming the business entity. Also, the process by which you form a business entity and the types of state reports that must be filed on an annual basis will be discussed. David Gair, a Partner in the Taxation Section of Gray Reed and who is Board Certified in Tax Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, will be the Presenter and address any questions that Chamber members may have on the topic.
