Carry the Load Info Meetings
Want more information about the Ellis County Carry the Load Event on May 23?
We will have 2 Open Door sessions where you can stop by anytime for more information and how you or your organization can help support this community wide event. The morning session begins Tuesday, May 5th at 11 AM until 2 PM. The late afternoon session begins at 4:30 to 6:30 PM.
We need volunteers to help set up and/or clean up, assist with water stations and the water stations for dogs. There will be a number of booths that need to be marked out on the grounds early Saturday morning. We also need help decorating the flat-bed trailer which we are using for a stage, and volunteers to set flags and banners.
We are having this meeting so that we can cover all our needs and if your organization is helping us, so that we have proper recognition for your group.
