Cooking for Food Allergies - Gluten, Dairy, Nut Free

A food allergy can be life threatening. But having food allergies does not mean you have to sacrifice your love of food! This class will discuss alternatives and substitutes that can be used in various recipes. The focus will be placed on how to enjoy food with gluten, dairy, and nut allergies. Recipe books and recipe demonstrations will be included in this class.
