Free Chair Yoga at the Library
Pari of Smart Possibilities is partnering with N.P. Sims Library to offer a free, gentle accessible yoga class designed to help you move comfortably in your daily life. This class is ideal for those who prefer seated options or are looking for a slower, more supported approach to movement. The class is free, but pre registration with the library is required.
