REACH Council Prom Pop Up Event
This is an opportunity for youth wanting to attend prom or a banquet to acquire free prom attire. Youth will participate in education activities sponsored by many of our non-profit organizations in and around Ellis County, and then be able to shop for evening gowns, banquet dresses, suits, shoes and accessories.
