We offer a diverse, dynamic schedule of yoga, barre, and fitness classes rooted in functional anatomy and alignment. To support your complete holistic health, our space also features resident Reiki practitioners and deeply restorative, luxurious sound baths.

We offer our comprehensive 200-hour Shift Yoga Teacher Training—proudly a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School (RYS)—alongside unforgettable retreats spanning from local Texas getaways to tropical escapes in Costa Rica.
