At Forum Pilates Studio, we are a dedicated mother-daughter team eager to share our passion for classical pilates with the Ellis County community. Our wellness studio emphasizes the importance of traditional pilates by stripping away the noise of overly contemporary trends. Through studied movement and thoughtful instruction in our pilates classes, we aim to redefine well-being in our hometown.

Owner Angela brings a unique and deeply rooted perspective to the studio, having been part of the Waxahachie community for four generations. Her journey into the wellness space has been shaped by years of caring for others—first as a mother, then as a nurse—before feeling called to pursue a more preventative, holistic approach to health. Angela’s daughter, Monroe, graduated from Baylor University’s Business School with a focus in marketing, bringing a fresh perspective to the studio’s approach and helping to share their vision with the community.
