Ribbon Cutting: The Children's Montessori Center

The Children's Montessori Center is locally owned by Eric and Jennifer Thompson, long-time Ellis County residents and first responders. Both Eric and his children attended The Children's Montessori Center, and their goal is to carry on the center's great legacy to the next generation while giving back to the community. While the preschool and daycare have been in Waxahachie for over 30 years, the Thompsons recently became the new owners and they have been blessed to keep all staff including one of the former owners. The Children's Montessori Center teaches both pre-k and kindergarten curriculum, and they also offer school pickup and after care for students in Waxahachie.
