About Us

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, focusing on healing from trauma, depression, and anxiety. I have also completed a certification as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, because what we eat and how we live our life has a lot to do with our mental wellbeing. My next goal is to expand my business and invite our community to simply begin living healthier and making better choices with regard to their lifestyle. I am hoping to involve other practitioners who focus on holistic wellness to share their knowledge in a series of workshops and seminars in order to show how we can live a healthier life physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. I believe that when practitioners unite they can get a stronger message across and united we can reach a larger community than we could ever reach on our own.
