Hi, I'm Myka! I'm an emergency room nurse—a career that constantly challenges and inspires me. Every day, I have the privilege of making a difference in people’s lives, often during their most vulnerable moments. It’s fast-paced, intense, and deeply fulfilling.

Recently, I discovered something that brought a whole new kind of balance into my life: Pilates. What started as a casual class to de-stress quickly turned into a full-on love affair. There's something powerful about the way it connects movement with breath, strength with control. It’s become my sanctuary—a place where I can reset, refocus, and rebuild, both physically and mentally.
