Ribbon Cutting: Brave like Ellie

Congratulations to Brave like Ellie on their Ribbon Cutting Ceremony yesterday! The mission of Brave like Ellie is to serve families affected by pediatric cancer at any stage of their journey by providing Brave Boxes that include toys, activities, and other items to Encourage Bravery, Inspire Joy, and Provide Comfort to families.
President and Founder, Jennifer Johnson and her husband Bill Johnson, began the non-profit organization Brave like Ellie to honor and carry on the memory of their daughter, Ellie, a precious warrior who bravely battled cancer.
Each year at Christmas, Brave like Ellie builds Brave Boxes that serve whole families, shopping specifically for each family member, as well as providing family gifts. The next local Brave Box Building session will be on Saturday, December 10 at the Waxahachie Chamber of Commerce from 10am-5pm. Contact Jennifer at if you’d like to help.
Also, check out the upcoming 6th Annual Greg Littrell Memorial Golf Classic benefiting Brave like Ellie, on December 11 at Cowboys Golf Club in Grapevine.
