Ribbon Cutting: RTC Missions

Congratulations to RTC Missions on their recent ribbon cutting! RTC Missions is transforming the lives of children and families in western Kenya through medical care, Christian outreach, and community development.
RTC Missions recently premiered Maisha Bora ("Better Life"), a powerful new documentary, at the historic Texas Theater in downtown Waxahachie. Created by Tucker Shugart, a 2026 Waxahachie High School graduate and CTE A/V Pro student, the film follows medical mission teams from Ellis County as they serve the Bondo Awino Village in Kenya, East Africa. Through moments of joy, challenge, and hope, Maisha Bora highlights the life-changing impact of compassion, service, and global partnership. The documentary features local doctors, nurses, and community leaders including volunteers who provide medical care, financial education, and support to families in need. It also showcases the incredible role of Rotary International, local Rotary clubs, and private donors whose generosity continues to make this mission possible.
