Job Summary

The Licensed Irrigation Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing residential and commercial irrigation systems. This individual must hold a valid Texas Irrigator License and be able to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair irrigation system issues
• Install new irrigation systems and system expansions
• Perform seasonal inspections and system tune-ups
• Troubleshoot electrical components, valves, controllers, wiring, and sprinkler heads
• Locate and repair leaks and broken lines
• Adjust sprinkler coverage for maximum efficiency
• Program and troubleshoot smart irrigation controllers
• Ensure all work complies with Texas irrigation regulations and local codes
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings with customers
• Operate company vehicles and equipment safely
• Work closely with landscape installation crews on new construction projects
