Position Overview:

The Growth Alliance Center is seeking a passionate and driven Sales Ambassador to join our team. This role is perfect for a motivated self-starter who thrives on engaging with people, building relationships, and closing sales. As a Sales Ambassador, you will play a key role in driving our mission forward by prospecting, connecting with potential clients, and converting leads into active members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify, research, and connect with high-potential prospects including faith-based entrepreneurs, business owners, community leaders, and personal development enthusiasts.

  • Sales Outreach: Utilize phone calls, emails, social media, and networking events to actively engage with prospects and promote The Growth Alliance Center’s mission and services.

  • Presentations and Pitches: Conduct persuasive sales presentations that effectively communicate the value of our programs and convert leads into paying clients.

  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with prospects, providing ongoing support and guidance to drive membership growth.

  • Sales Tools and Platforms: Leverage key marketing platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, HighLevel, Canva, and Google Suite to maximize outreach and conversion efforts.

  • Referral Generation: Encourage existing members to refer new clients, leveraging word-of-mouth marketing to expand our reach.

  • Performance Tracking: Track sales activities, maintain records in CRM software, and regularly report on progress to meet or exceed production goals.

  • Earn a 20% commission on each new client membership you personally enroll as a Growth Alliance Center Member.

  • Participate in a 60-day paid trial to assess your ability to meet production goals and standards.

  • Proactive and Persuasive: You have a natural ability to influence others, identify needs, and present solutions confidently.

  • Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling sales pitches.

  • Relationship Builder: Skilled in building rapport and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and prospects.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Google Suite, Canva, HighLevel, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant marketing and CRM platforms.

  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing multiple tasks, tracking leads, and following up with precision.

  • Self-Motivated: A go-getter who takes the initiative to go above and beyond to get the job done.

  • Faith-Aligned: Passionate about our Christ-centered mission and dedicated to making a positive impact in the community.

Compensation:

  • Hourly Wage: $14 per hour, 20 hours per week.

  • Commission: 20% commission on new client memberships enrolled
