Fluidline Solutions is looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined Spanish-speaking team member to join our Waxahachie location part-time.

This is a hands-on shop position working with hydraulic hoses, fittings, industrial supplies, and customer service. If you like working with tools, solving problems, and staying busy, this could be a good fit.

What You’ll Do

• Build and repair hydraulic hoses

• Assist customers at the counter and over the phone

• Identify fittings, adapters, and hydraulic components

• Pull and stock inventory

• Keep shop and warehouse organized

• Assist with general shop operations

Requirements

• Must speak Spanish

• Mechanical aptitude required

• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools

• Able to lift heavy hoses, fittings, and supplies

• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse/shop

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Good customer service attitude

Preferred Experience

• Hydraulic hose or fittings experience

• Automotive, diesel, farm, industrial, or mechanical background

• Warehouse or parts counter experience

Technology Skills

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to learn point-of-sale and inventory systems

• Comfortable using tablets/computers for parts lookup

Tool Skills

• Tape measure and basic measuring

• Hand tools

• Power tools

• Mechanical troubleshooting

Growth Opportunity

This position is part-time initially, but may have the opportunity to become full-time for the right person.
