Project Manager- Estimator

As a Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing customer visions to reality—overseeing projects from initial design through completion. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Review architectural floor plans and customer specifications to ensure project accuracy
- Design, draft, and prepare quotes for assigned projects in a timely manner
- Oversee project timelines to ensure all deliverables are completed efficiently and correctly
- Conduct detailed reviews of drawings and specifications prior to finalizing quotes
- Act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams for project updates and communication
- Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail across all project components
- Support continuous improvement by embracing feedback, change, and innovation
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the HVAC or commercial refrigeration industry
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to analyze issues, think critically, and make sound business decisions
- Working knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems preferred
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently after training
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Leadership mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD experience is preferred
