ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Provide technical support by answering inbound calls and assisting with troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Assist customers and technicians with installation and start-up questions
- Investigate service issues and recommend effective corrective actions
- Process and approve warranty claims in accordance with company guidelines
- Coordinate field service calls with authorized service providers
- Review and track warranty and service data to identify trends
- Recommend product improvements based on service feedback and data analysis
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical documents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance products and processes
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 5–7 years of experience in the refrigeration or HVAC industry
- HVACR certification or license preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a professional phone presence
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to analyze problems and provide practical solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience with ERP systems (such as M1, Oracle, or Syteline) is a plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites for field support
