• Bill earned a BBA degree in business management from Texas A&M University and a law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law.

• Bill has been a licensed Texas attorney since the Year 2000. He has decades of experience advising big and small clients - including Fortune 500 companies, construction contractors, and small business owners.

Michelle grew up in Corsicana, Tx and began her practice of law in 2021 at her family’s estate planning and probate law practice. In early 2023 she accepted a position as a felony prosecutor at the Navarro County District Attorney’s office. However, she always gravitated to Ellis County. 

Michelle is a proud graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. It wasn’t until 2016 that she finally decided it was time to explore the law school route and attended law school at the University of North Texas College of Law in downtown Dallas. 

Michelle has numerous trials under her belt due to her time as an assistant district attorney, but is now focusing her practice on civil litigation, contract issues and construction law. She loves meeting new clients and working with them to achieve their overall objective, whether it is through negotiations or inside the courtroom.
